Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services within a dynamic healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in patient-centered care, with extensive experience in managing diverse health conditions across all age groups. As a Family Medicine Physician, you will play a vital role in promoting wellness, diagnosing illnesses, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional healthcare outcomes. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations using advanced tools such as EMR/EHR systems and medical imaging. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans addressing acute and chronic conditions across various specialties including cardiology, endocrinology, dermatology, and pulmonology. Manage patient care through procedures such as suturing, wound care, and basic life support, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and safety standards. Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals across specialties like radiology, surgery, obstetrics/gynecology (Ob/Gyn), neurology, and psychiatry to coordinate comprehensive patient management. Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications through health coaching and counseling. Oversee follow-up care, discharge planning, and post-acute care processes to ensure continuity of care within inpatient and outpatient settings. Oversee and provide guidance to Advanced Practice Providers Maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems like eClinicalWorks or similar platforms while complying with all regulatory standards. Skills Extensive knowledge of family medicine principles combined with proficiency in healthcare diagnosis across multiple disciplines including cardiology, gastroenterology, neurology, and infectious disease care. Proficiency in utilizing EMR/EHR systems such as eClinicalWorks for documentation and patient management. Strong clinical research background with experience in diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, or interventional radiology is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to perform procedures such as suturing, IV infusion, airway management, and ostomy care with precision. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and providing clear patient education. Post-residency experience in inpatient or hospital medicine settings is preferred; familiarity with Level I/II trauma centers is a plus. Knowledge of medical coding (CPT/ICD) and compliance standards including HIPAA regulations ensures high-quality service delivery. Pay:
$150,649.80 - $250,000.00 per year
