Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician for an onsite opportunity in North Lauderdale, Florida, providing comprehensive, value-based primary care to senior patients. This physician will manage a panel of up to 450 patients while leading a dedicated care team and maintaining accountability for clinical outcomes, patient experience, and the detailed care of each patient.
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is an outcomes-focused primary care model centered on strong physician-patient relationships, health coaching, care coordination, and physician leadership. The PCP independently manages acute and complex chronic conditions common in older adults while working collaboratively across the care continuum.

COMPENSATION
Base Salary Range:
