Job Description
Job Description Help for Partial Job Description. Opens a new window. Trinity Pediatrics of Ocala is looking for a pediatrician ready to build a lasting career — and, if you want it, a lasting legacy. For over 25 years, we've been a trusted name in pediatric care in the Ocala community, known for the kind of reputation that takes decades to earn; families who return generation after generation, and a practice built on genuine, personal care. Our owner is preparing for retirement and is looking for the right physician to grow alongside, someone who wants to learn not just how to practice great pediatrics, but how to run and eventually own a thriving practice. This is a rare opportunity to be mentored directly by a physician who wants to pass on both clinical wisdom and the real, practical joys (and lessons) of practice ownership.
What we offer:
- A clear, supported path to practice ownership — mentorship from an owner who genuinely wants to teach this
- An established patient base and an outstanding reputation built over 25+ years in Ocala
- A collaborative team environment working alongside experienced nurse practitioners and physicians
- Opportunities for practice expansion for the right candidate who wants it
- A stable, well-run practice with the infrastructure already in place, so you can focus on medicine and mentorship What we're looking for:
- A board-certified pediatrician who wants to be part of a community, not just a clinic
- Someone with genuine interest in eventually owning and leading a practice
- A collaborative team player who works well with physicians, NPs and support staff
- A physician who shares our commitment to compassionate, high-quality pediatric care If you're looking for more than just a job and you want a practice to call your own one day soon, in a community that will welcome you in, we'd love to talk!
- Interested candidates, please reach out to learn more about this opportunity.
