Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician - Outpatient Primary Care Palm Beach Gardens, FL
- 100% outpatient primary care practice
- Monday-Friday schedule; no nights, weekends, hospital call, or inpatient responsibilities
- Adult and geriatric patient population within a managed care model
- Average 12-18 patients per day with focus on quality care
- Preventive care, chronic disease management, and care coordination
- Collaborative practice with strong clinical and leadership support
