Sanitas Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team at our Countryside, Florida medical office. This is an outpatient-only Family Medicine opportunity focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics. Our physicians work alongside a collaborative care team and have access to strong clinical and administrative support, allowing them to focus on comprehensive patient care and building meaningful, long-term relationships with their patients. Position Highlights 100% outpatient Family Medicine Care for patients of all ages, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM No weekends No hospital rounding No on-call responsibilities Team-based, patient-centered care model Value-based care focused on quality, prevention, and patient outcomes Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Strong clinical and administrative support Modern technology and clinical resources Opportunity for professional growth within a growing healthcare organization What You'll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Provide preventive care, wellness visits, annual physicals, and health screenings Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Coordinate care with specialists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Order, review, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes and an exceptional patient experience Deliver high-quality, compassionate, and culturally responsive care Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified in Family Medicine Fluent in English and Spanish - required Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong collaboration and patient engagement skills Commitment to providing comprehensive, patient-centered Family Medicine Comfortable caring for patients across the full age spectrum, including pediatrics Why Join Sanitas Medical Center?
