Job Description

For more than 50 years, TOC has been a trusted leader in orthopedic care across North Florida and South Georgia. With over 35 specialists covering every area, including trauma, spine, foot & ankle, hand, adult reconstruction, pediatrics, pain management, and sports medicine, we deliver comprehensive care to our communities. As we continue to expand our presence along the Gulf Coast, we are seeking a Fellowship-Trained General Orthopedic Surgeon to join our growing practice in Panama City and Panama City Beach, Florida for year 2028. This position offers the opportunity to build a broad-based orthopedic practice in one of Florida's most desirable coastal communities while working alongside a collaborative team of orthopedic surgeons, advanced practice providers, therapists, and clinical support staff. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions utilizing both non-operative and surgical treatment approaches. Responsibilities include performing orthopedic surgical procedures in a predominantly outpatient-focused environment, developing and managing comprehensive treatment plans, overseeing patient recovery, and providing high-quality pre-operative and post-operative care. The physician will work closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and help restore mobility, function, and quality of life for patients throughout the region.
