This outpatient opportunity allows you to provide comprehensive primary care to •patients of all ages—from pediatrics through geriatrics—•while practicing in a collaborative, value-based care environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Position Highlights 100% outpatient primary care Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics Flexible weekday schedule with alternating shifts: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM 10:00 AM-6:00 PM One Saturday every four weeks (8:00 AM-4:00 PM) No on-call responsibilities Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team Strong clinical and administrative support Established patient panel with opportunities to build long-term patient relationships Value-based care model focused on quality outcomes Modern clinical resources designed to support physician success Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based incentive bonus Sign-on bonus available Relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) retirement plan Employer-paid malpractice coverage CME allowance and paid CME time (if applicable) What You'll Do Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing Educate patients and families on preventive health, chronic disease management, and overall wellness Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) Collaborate with care teams to improve quality outcomes and enhance the overall patient experience Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain Fluency in both English and Spanish is required Strong communication, teamwork, and patient relationship-building skills Passion for delivering comprehensive, patient-centered primary care Why Join Sanitas Medical Center?
