Job Description
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Full-time employed position in a geriatric outpatient practice 100 percent outpatient care only Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule Holidays and weekends free Rotating and flexible on call schedule Average daily volume of 15 patients Focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, disease prevention, and chronic disease management for a primarily Medicare aged population Team based multidisciplinary model serving senior patients with multiple comorbidities eClinicalWorks EMR Salary around $250,000 Annual performance bonus based on quality of care Full benefits offered Negotiable relocation and sign on bonuses Malpractice insurance coverage provided Active DEA registration and BLS CPR certification required Experience with Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, MRA, and ICD 10 preferred Located in Pompano Beach, Florida near attractions including Pompano Beach Pier, Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse, and Fern Forest Nature Center Approximately 12 miles (about 20 minutes) to Fort Lauderdale and 40 miles (about 45 minutes) to Miami
