We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment with our client in Florida. This role involves a Monday through Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm, with some Saturdays available from 8am to 2pm. The incoming provider will manage a variety of responsibilities including general primary care, acute and chronic disease management, preventive services, and minor office procedures. Responsibilities and Duties Provide general primary care and manage general medical complaints Address acute and common illnesses Perform chronic disease management and follow-up Deliver preventive care and conduct physicals Manage prescriptions Support weight management and medical weight loss programs Assist with hormone replacement and hormone optimization Order lab testing and review results Perform EKG and cardiac screenings Conduct Women's health services including Pap smears Complete school, employment, sports, and DOT physicals Administer TB (PPD) testing Provide nebulizer and inhalation treatments Perform joint injections Conduct laceration repair Execute cyst drainage and removal Utilize ultrasound when necessary
