Using our innovative model combining Nurse practitioners, Telehealth and In persons visits, our physicians are able to lead a collaborative group of clinicians to provide much needed sub specialty care to our post acute care population on a Regional level. As a Neurology subspecialty ,our physicians : Serve remotely as a Clinical Knowledge resource to providers in the region Review all clinical documentation and guide medical decision making Complete New patient assessments periodically via

Telehealth and In Person Flexibility:

Our Hybrid model is designed to allow physicians to be able to have the flexibility to choose their own hours and use a combination of Telehealth and in person visits to accommodate their schedule.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:

Medical Degree (MD/DO) Board Certification in one or more of the following specialties: Cardiology, Pulmonary, Vascular Surgery, Wound Care, Nephrology, Neurology, Psychiatry, and Pain Management.
