Hospitalist position in St. Petersburg, FL. We are hardworking, compassionate and fair. We are looking for someone exceptional to help our group grow. The most important details of the contract are summarized below. Please read these closely before you apply.

Shifts:

7 on 7 off. Start time is flexible but generally by 7:30, go home by 5pm on average. We have after hours coverage after 5pm

Call:

One call

FROM HOME

every 6 weeks on average- 5pm to 7am from HOME. Responsibilities include returning floor calls and entering orders for new admissions.

Salary:

240,000.

Bonus:

All physicians are paid equally and receive a bonus 1-2 times per year based on collections minus overhead/expenses.

Census:

Average of 16-20 per day. This will vary but it is unusual to be more than 22.

Malpractice insurance:

included.

Non-compete:

Non compete at our hospital only 401k: eligible after one year. The company will automatically give you 3% of your salary regardless if you contribute to the 401k (IE a 3% non elective contribution)

Notice:

We expect 4 months notice if you decide to leave Employer sponsored health insurance with company contribution
