Thoroughly and compliantly document all chief complaints, diagnoses, and procedures in the EMR. Assign accurate ICD‑10 and CPT codes and complete documentation in a timely manner. Collaborate with physicians across various specialties to support continuity of care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, trainings, and clinical meetings. Participate in the on‑call roster and maintain hospital privileges as needed. Supervise and participate in workers' compensation cases (if assigned). Provide consultations and submit required documentation. Meet with clinical leadership as needed to support practice goals. Attend required in‑services, regulatory trainings, and practice‑related functions. Communicate concerns with administrative leadership promptly. Take responsibility for the overall function and performance of the assigned office. Remain compliant with all Federal and State regulations and organizational policies. Education & Experience Medical Degree (MD/DO), Board Certified or Board Eligible. Active Florida medical license. Current DEA registration and all required certifications. ACN providers welcome — compensation structure may differ. Skills & Competencies Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex medical and regulatory documents. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or patient concerns. Public speaking or presentation skills are a plus. Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and medical software. Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Excellent customer service and conflict‑resolution skills. Marketing or community‑outreach skills beneficial.
