Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, ethical, and compassionate Licensed APRN to join our dynamic and growing health and wellness platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, thrives in a collaborative team environment, and is confident in their ability to provide care independently when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric and mental health assessments for new and existing patients Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and therapeutic goals Provide medication management and patient education regarding psychiatric conditions and treatment options Administer medications as appropriate and monitor for effectiveness and side effects Establish and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with patients Accurately document clinical notes and treatment progress in compliance with industry standards Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure integrated, high-quality patient care Stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and participate in ongoing professional development Perform other related duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations

Qualifications:

Licensed APRN in the state of Florida Certification in Psychiatry/Mental Health preferred (e.g., PMHNP for APRNs) Clinical experience in mental health or psychiatric care required Experience with medication management and psychiatric assessments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Why Join PUR Behavioral Health?
