Job Description

We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Wellington, FL, seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our internal medicine team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning Responsible for full medical management and primary care Ensure accurate and timely documentation in
EMR Required Qualifications:
Active Physician Assistant license in Florida Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Minimum 1 year of internal medicine experience as a PA Minimum 1 year of Skilled Nursing Facility Experience Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting
Preferred Experience:
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute care experience Background in internal medicine, geriatrics, or inpatient hospitalist
Schedule & Setting:
Monday through Friday No nights, no weekends

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards. Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements. Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
