Our Neonatal Advanced Practice Professionals work independently and in collaboration with our Neonatologists in hospital-based settings across all NICU levels. This team approach requires excellent communication skills and a teamwork philosophy. Professional responsibilities include assessment and management of critically ill newborns and premature infants, including attending high-risk deliveries. Experience with HFOV, iNO, transport, and surgical patients is desired.

Requirements:

Active Neonatal APRN license in good standing. Previous NICU RN experience preferred We offer flexible scheduling — 10-hour day shifts, 16-hour night shifts, and 24-hour shifts — across eight facilities in the region, in partnership with the top health systems in South Florida.
