Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients. Interview, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients during office visits. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on preventive care and chronic disease management. Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and communicate findings effectively. Prescribe medications and treatments while educating patients regarding benefits, risks, and side effects. Perform appropriate in-office procedures, including wound care, suturing, joint aspirations, injections, and immunizations. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and caregivers regarding health maintenance and disease prevention. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and physician team meetings. Stay current on emerging clinical practices and evidence-based medicine. Foster a positive, collaborative environment consistent with the culture and values of IMA/MPG. Compensation Range:

$192,153.00 to $288,230.00 The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
