GA DEA Pay Rate Preferred:
$5000 daily In office M-F 8a-5p, on call 5p-8a. Provider will work in regular IR in the mornings, then in vascular performing procedures in the afternoon Hourly Call Back ($625.00) Daily 0 - 8 Hours ($5,000.00) 24 Call
+ Call Back ($2,200.00) Weeknight Call
+ Call Back 5pm - 8am ($700.00)
