Job Information Date Opened 09/10/2026 Job Type Full time Industry Health Care Work Experience 5+ years hospital radiology experience, 3+ years supervisory/clinic management experience City Blue Ridge State/Province Georgia Country United States Zip/Postal Code 30513 Job Description The Staff Pad has partnered with a respected healthcare organization in Blue Ridge, GA, to recruit an experienced Director of Radiology to lead the day-to-day operations of the Radiology Department and its related imaging services. In this role, you will oversee staffing and scheduling, coordinate with other departments to support seamless patient care, and build strong working relationships with physicians, hospital leadership, and staff across the organization.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Days What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Ensure regulatory compliance and optimize workflow efficiency Oversee equipment maintenance and recommend capital equipment and supply purchases Partner with the CFO to prepare, justify, and maintain the Radiology Department budget Implement policies and procedures and stay current with imaging technology and safety protocols Oversee and participate in all aspects of the Mammography Program, including accreditation and FDA inspections Oversee and participate in all Imaging accreditation programs Maintain knowledge of TJC, ACR, and ARRT standards and state and federal Radiology regulations Review the Charge Description Master and recommend updates to CPT codes and billable amounts What We Are Looking For Education, Experienced and Certifications Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology required Bachelor's degree in a health services field preferred Current ARRT certification required; ARRT certification in at least 2 imaging disciplines 5+ years of hospital experience as an ARRT with direct patient care 3+ years of clinical management or supervisory experience Experience in Diagnostic Radiology, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, CT, Special Procedures, or MRI What You Can Expect Benefits 401(k) with employer matching Health, Dental ,Vision and Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Employee discounts If you are a seasoned radiology leader who combines clinical expertise with strong operational judgment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
