Join a growing outpatient team in Braselton, Georgia, delivering high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative setting. This role features a flexible schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekend commitment, and no on-call responsibilities. Schedule Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday): 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Every other weekend: one shift, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call duties Clinical responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults Manage acute and chronic conditions and treat urgent-care needs within the primary care setting Perform routine exams, including Pap smears Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Maintain a patient panel averaging ~2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Uphold professional interactions with patients and team members Compensation & benefits Base salary: $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive 401(k) with generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health plan options Paid time off CME allowance and paid CME time Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care If you are committed to quality primary care and enjoy working in a supportive team environment, we welcome your application.
