Job Summary We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician to join our growing independent medical practice in Commerce, Georgia. • Full-time, permanent position Competitive salary and benefits package with Stock Options Flexible scheduling and call arrangement to be negotiated Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Perform preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health maintenance counseling Coordinate specialty referrals and interpret laboratory and imaging results Utilize evidence-based clinical guidelines while developing individualized treatment plans Document encounters accurately using our electronic medical record Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care Required Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program Board certification or eligibility by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license (or ability to obtain within 60 days) Current DEA registration (Or ability to obtain) Clean NPDB report and references Preferred Qualifications Experience in outpatient primary care settings Familiarity with AdvancedMD EHR system (preferred but not required) Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based medicine

What We Offer Competitive Compensation :

Total annual compensation ranging from $225,000 to $350,000+, depending on experience, productivity, and incentives.
