3 weekdays per week (Mon-Fri) between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM One weekend every other week: Saturday or Sunday 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness Collaborate with clinical team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage patient volume of approximately 2.0-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism in patient and team interactions Compensation & benefits: $230,000-$280,000 base + 20-30% incentive potential 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health plan options Paid time off CME allowance and paid CME time

Requirements:

MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
