We're looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values comprehensive care, enjoys working with a dedicated care team, and prefers a predictable schedule without on-call duties. What the schedule looks like Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday) with extended hours: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM One weekend shift every other week: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities What you'll do Provide evidence-based primary care to adults, including routine exams and preventive counseling Perform common office procedures such as Pap smears and manage both acute and chronic conditions Evaluate and treat urgent care needs that present in the primary care setting Collaborate with nurses and other team members to support quality outcomes and continuity of care Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage a patient panel averaging about 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions Compensation and benefits Competitive base salary: $230,000-$280,000 plus a 20-30% incentive plan 401(k) with generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health insurance plan options Paid time off, plus CME allowance and paid CME time Who we're looking for MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Internal Medicine considered) Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensure Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care If you're seeking a well-balanced outpatient role with flexible hours, a collaborative team, and no on-call burden, this could be a great fit.
