Job Description

Join a mission-driven primary care team serving the East Point and West Marietta communities in Georgia. This full-time role lets you practice family or internal medicine alongside experienced, collaborative colleagues in a patient-centered model that prioritizes time, relationships, and high-quality care. What you'll find here A balanced patient load: average of 10-15 patients per day so you can focus on each person.
Longer visits:
30-60 minute appointments to allow meaningful conversations and thoughtful care planning.
Team-based support:
work with Whole Health Coaches and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
A prevention-first approach:
emphasis on wellness and long-term health rather than throughput or volume.
Time and resources for growth:
2 weeks of paid CME each year plus a $2,500 annual CME stipend.
Competitive pay:
compensation range $200,801-$317,053.

401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and premium medical, dental, and vision coverage. Who we're looking for MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty. Active, unrestricted Georgia license or ability to obtain prior to employment. Current DEA registration or ability to obtain. Commitment to patient-centered, relationship-based care and strong communication and collaboration skills. Primary care experience is preferred.
