Job Description

We're looking for a committed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our growing outpatient team in the Atlanta area. This role centers on patient-focused, comprehensive primary care in a collaborative setting, with a flexible schedule and minimal weekend work - no on-call duties. Locations Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, and Tyrone Schedule Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday) with extended hours: 8:00 AM-8:00 PM One weekend every other week: 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities What you'll do Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions Counsel patients on prevention and overall wellness Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage a patient mix that averages about 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism in all patient and team interactions Compensation & benefits Base compensation $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive 401(k) with a generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health insurance plan options Paid time off CME allowance and time Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine per practice needs) Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong clinical judgment and a dedication to patient-centered care If you value teamwork, high-quality patient care, and a predictable schedule with work-life balance, this could be a great fit.
