Job Description

Join a growing outpatient team in Atlanta, Georgia, where you'll provide patient-centered primary care in a supportive, collaborative setting. We're looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who values high-quality, comprehensive care and wants a flexible schedule—extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call duties.
Locations:
Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Buckhead, Dallas, Duluth, Hamilton, and Tyrone Schedule:
Three weekdays per week (Monday-Friday), 8:00 AM-8:00 PM One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM-2:00 PM No on-call responsibilities What you'll do: Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness Evaluate and treat urgent care needs in the primary care setting Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage a patient volume of roughly 2-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professionalism in all interactions with patients and team members Compensation & benefits: $230,000-$280,000 base plus 20-30% incentive 401(k) with a generous employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health insurance plan options Paid time off CME allowance and time
Requirements:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as noted) Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to patient-centered care If you're looking for a balanced outpatient role with supportive teammates, meaningful patient relationships, and a predictable schedule, this could be an excellent fit.
