Lead a Premier Dining and Hospitality Operation We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of a high-profile dining services operation. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 8+ years of progressive food service, hospitality, or Catering dining services experience, including at least 5-6 years in a leadership role. Strong Corporate Catering Management experience is required Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex operations. Proven experience overseeing budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience with hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development. Strong client relationship management and customer service skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Experience in upscale dining/catering, corporate dining, or luxury hospitality environments. Knowledge of food purchasing, inventory management, and labor management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ServSafe Certification and/or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
