General Manager :
Lead a Premier Dining and Hospitality Operation We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of a high-profile dining services operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence. As General Manager, you will oversee the financial performance, culinary quality, client partnerships, and day-to-day operations of the account. You will serve as the primary liaison with the client while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and service excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic business leader with a strong background in food service, catering, team development, and financial management. What You'll Do Leadership & Team Development Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of managers and frontline associates. Foster a culture focused on engagement, accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Lead employee meetings, training initiatives, performance reviews, and succession planning efforts. Champion professional growth and create opportunities for career advancement within the team. Client & Guest Experience Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and key stakeholders. Ensure exceptional hospitality and consistently exceed client and guest expectations. Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals and enhance the overall guest experience. Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the client. Financial & Business Management Direct all financial aspects of the operation, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, and financial reporting. Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities. Develop and execute business strategies that improve profitability while maintaining exceptional quality standards. Manage purchasing, inventory controls, and cost containment initiatives. Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, sanitation, and presentation. Partner with culinary leadership to develop menus that drive guest satisfaction and operational success. Oversee catering operations and large-scale events to ensure seamless execution. Maintain compliance with HACCP, health department regulations, and food safety protocols. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 8+ years of progressive food service, hospitality, or Catering dining services experience, including at least 5-6 years in a leadership role. Strong Corporate Catering Management experience is required Demonstrated success managing large teams and complex operations. Proven experience overseeing budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience with hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development. Strong client relationship management and customer service skills. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. High level of professionalism, integrity, and business acumen. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Management, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. Experience in upscale dining/catering, corporate dining, or luxury hospitality environments. Knowledge of food purchasing, inventory management, and labor management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. ServSafe Certification and/or equivalent food safety certification preferred.
