The APP will work closely with the practice's physician to provide high-quality, outpatient cardiovascular care with a strong focus on cardiometabolic risk management, including diabetes, lipid disorders, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease, along with heart failure and atrial fibrillation management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, growing practice with real potential to develop into an independent clinical role. Position Highlights Full-time, Monday-Friday clinic-based schedule — no call, no routine hospital rounding Preventive cardiology focus: cardiometabolic risk, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation management Split time between the Cumming and Johns Creek offices Supportive, physician-led practice environment with hands-on training Open to newer APPs with a strong cardiology or critical care nursing background Clinical Opportunity This full-time position provides outpatient preventive cardiology care across both office locations.
