Jefferson Hospital has a well-equipped emergency room, which utilizes hospital staff and contract physicians. Support services are provided for both inpatients and outpatients, and the scope of service is consistent with the current mission of the hospital to provide quality community-based primary health care to Jefferson and surrounding counties. We're seeking a Pediatrician to join our team at Jefferson Hospital.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

The Physicians' Health Group Pediatrician provides medical care to well and sick patients. The Pediatrician is responsible for diagnosing illnesses, providing appropriate treatments, monitoring patient growth and development, and providing preventive medicine services.

Position Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited Medical School. Current Medical License in the State of Georgia. Board certification through the American Board of Pediatrics (ABP) is required. Current BLS, ACLS and PALS Certifications.
