Hybrid Radiologist
Job Description
(Physician/MD qualifications required) Radiology (General)
- Regional Health System is currently seeking a full-time radiologist to join an established team with two board certified diagnostic radiologists and one interventional radiologist.
An ideal candidate would be a general radiologist who is comfortable performing light IR procedures.
Salary:
Guaranteed salary is competitive and commensurate with experience; plus, an annual 3% cost-of-living adjustment as a W-2 hospital employee
Bonus:
straight production; RVU payment model
Schedule:
guaranteed 14 shifts per month (minimum)
- 7 days on-site and 7 days at home, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm; opportunity to work evenings or weekends for extra pay
Volume:
approx. 80-120 reads per weekday shift (~1,200 RVU's per month) 2 radiologists on per week, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Approximately 24 weeks of vacation per year Opportunity to precept medical students and residents for family health insurance

One center facility with an Emergency Department; 24|7 to the physicians' lounge with meals provided; 24-hour all-access employee fitness center; a state-of-the-art Medical Education Center with simulation labs, a conference center, and much more.

Other:
Nights and weekends are covered by teleradiologists at this time. Opportunity to pick up extra shifts for extra pay. Partnership and Mentorship opportunities available. We are not accepting visa candidates for this specialty.

Completion or upcoming completion of radiology residency or fellowship Required Certifications|

Angiography Biopsies Drainages Tumor ablation Venous access Peripheral vascular interventions Lumbar puncture Myelograms Joint Injections Paracentesis Thoracentesis Soft Tissue Biopsy Abscess Breast Biopsy All routine x-ray exams, Chest, Abdomen, Extremities, Spines, etc.
Fluoro exams:
Ba Swallow, Modified Ba Swallows, UGI, SBFT, BE, PEG Tube confirmations, Chest with Fluoro CT
- All CT exams as well as CT guided biopsies MR
- All MR exams, no biopsies using MR Mammogram
- All mammograms and biopsies, SAVI placement DEXA US
- All US exams including biopsies
