Job Description

Full-Time Otolaryngologist / ENT - Southwest Georgia A 155-bed community teaching hospital is seeking a full-time Otolaryngologist to join an established practice serving patients across two nearby locations (approx. 30-minute drive between sites). Support includes two board-certified ENT physicians, mid-levels, and audiologists. Compensation & Schedule Competitive guaranteed salary 100% of practice profits as bonus Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Call:
7 days per month (extra pay for additional call) Approximate volume: 275 clinic patients and 30 surgeries per month Benefits Student loan repayment assistance Paid health insurance (with precepting) Malpractice with tail Relocation and house-hunting assistance CME allowance + paid time off Cell phone allowance Optional retirement match Early-commitment stipend or sign-on bonus available for residents/fellows Practice Highlights Clinic located within short walking distance of the hospital Opportunity to precept medical students and residents Broad general ENT practice (sinus, thyroid, head & neck, sleep, pediatric procedures, and more) Facial plastics experience is a plus but not required Requirements Otolaryngology residency complete or near completion Board-certified or board-eligible Georgia license or IMLC eligible No visa sponsorship available Solid opportunity with strong support, steady volume, and a collaborative team.
