September 14, 2026 (or ASAP upon credentialing) 1099 Independent Contractor Weekly Pay Negotiable Rates 6-Month Contract with Potential Extension Opportunity Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for a rewarding outpatient primary care opportunity in Roswell, Georgia. This is a unique concierge medicine practice focused on preventive care, personalized treatment plans, and meaningful physician-patient relationships.   • 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

  • 12:00 PM Potential flexibility in schedule, with the possibility of transitioning to a full 40-hour work week including Fridays.
