Our 14,000-square-foot facility includes individual therapy rooms, group rooms with interactive technology, and sensory gyms. We are a clinician-led organization that has grown almost entirely by word of mouth — families and providers who have worked with us send us the next family. We are now investing, for the first time, in a dedicated relationship with the medical and educational community around us. This is that role. The role You will own Summit's relationships with every organization in North Fulton and the surrounding area that touches a child with autism — pediatric practices, developmental pediatricians, psychologists and neuropsychologists, child psychiatrists and pediatric neurologists, speech, occupational and physical therapy clinics, early-intervention programs, school district Child Find teams, private and special-needs schools, and parent-support organizations. This is not a digital marketing job. You will be in the field four days a week, in person, building relationships that take months to mature. The work is done face to face, one office at a time, and it is judged over quarters, not weeks. What you will do Build genuine working relationships with referral coordinators, office managers, physicians, therapists, and school personnel — treating the people who actually route referrals as the customer, because they are. Educate referral sources accurately on what ABA is, who Summit serves, how our intake process works, what insurance we accept, and what our current capacity is. Coordinate and deliver compliant in-office lunch-and-learns and continuing-education sessions with our clinical leadership. Represent Summit at relevant professional conferences, association meetings, and community events.

Own the handoff:

make sure every referral is acknowledged same day, tracked through insurance verification, authorization and start of care, and closed back to the referring provider with a written status update. Carry back what you hear — when a referral source tells you something is broken, you are the person who brings it to operations and returns with the fix.
