Otolaryngologist (ENT Physician)

Practice Highlights Premier Practice Setting:

Join a brand-new, state-of-the-art ENT clinic located directly on the hospital campus, featuring a dedicated allergy testing and immunotherapy shot suite.

Collaborative Team Environment:

Work alongside a high-volume, top-producing otolaryngologist and two experienced physician assistants in a thriving physician-owned ENT group.

Fast-Track Partnership:

Genuine 1-year partnership opportunity with no upfront buy-in details

•ideal for both experienced ENTs and new graduates seeking private practice ownership.

Excellent Work-Life Balance:

Extremely light 1:2 call rotation

•minimal call burden compared to hospital-employed positions.

Growth & Leadership Potential:

Expand and lead allergy services (already 30%+ of practice revenue) and/or implement Inspire therapy for sleep apnea (full training support provided if desired). Compensation & Benefits Package Guaranteed Year 1

Salary:

$450,000+ base

Proven Partner Earnings:

$600,000+ potential as partner (performance-based)

Sign-On Bonus:

$25,000
