Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) - Locum Tenens Location /
Market:
Savannah & Statesboro, Southeast Georgia. Additional opportunities may be available across Georgia, Florida, and Maryland based on coverage needs.

Part-Time Schedule:
12-hour shifts, Sunday Saturday. No minimum shift commitment required.
Start Date:
ASAP - August and September 2026 dates currently available. Position Overview We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician to provide part-time and per diem locum coverage in the Savannah/Statesboro area of Southeast Georgia. The physician will perform physical exams, evaluate and treat patients presenting to the urgent care center, and manage an average of 3 4 patients per hour across all age groups. These are new, well-equipped clinics with a strong support team, including on-site laboratory and X-ray services. Requirements MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Georgia medical license Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) - required, no exceptions Active DEA registration Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS are a plus) Must be comfortable treating pediatric patients age 2 and older Must have strong confidence and experience evaluating and treating children 2+ Comfortable seeing 3 4 patients per hour in a fast-paced urgent care environment
