Palliative Care Are you looking to work at a Nationally recognized Best Places to Work? Here at Piedmont Healthcare we are seeking a Full-Time Palliative Care Physician in Stockbridge, GA. Piedmont Henry is a 35-minute reverse commute from Atlanta proper and Piedmont Atlanta Hospital. The ideal candidate would be committed to providing high quality, patient-centered, and compassionate care to patients. Piedmont Henry is a 259-bed, high volume hospital; a major expansion project is slated for completion this year (2026), which will bring the bed totals to 355. Piedmont Henry earned an 'A' grade on the 2025 LeapFrog Hospital Safety Survey.
Qualifications:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice and Palliative Care (fellowship trained with Palliative Care experience is highly preferred) Exceptional clinical and communication skills Ability to obtain a Georgia Medical License EPIC experience a plus Highlights include: No call Competitive Salary and Comprehensive Benefits 42 days of PTO, 5 days of CME time off, and $5000 in CME credits Liability Insurance paid by Piedmont

Physician Governance Quality, Service, and Reputation Position purpose: Perform inpatient and palliative care consultations Provide clinical leadership and expertise within the palliative care clinical team Assist patients and families in navigating complex medical decisions; help manage physical and emotional symptoms of patients with serious and complex illnesses; meet with families and patients to determine goals of care and document patient's advance care wishes.
