We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients in a collaborative, physician-led practice environment. The position focuses on preventive care, acute illness management, chronic disease management, and development of long-term relationships with patients. Physicians may have the flexibility to work either a four-day or five-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients. Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions. Deliver preventive healthcare services and screenings. Develop individualized treatment and care plans. Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients. Monitor and manage chronic disease conditions. Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers. Connect patients with appropriate community and healthcare resources. Participate in multidisciplinary care team meetings. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation. Participate in quality improvement and practice development initiatives. Promote patient education, preventive health, and wellness. Provide high-quality, patient-centered medical care.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified in Family Medicine. Board Eligible candidates may be considered if currently completing residency, with board certification required before beginning independent practice. Active Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one. Current DEA registration. Authorized to work in the United States. Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient-centered primary care. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, healthcare professionals, and support staff.
