Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like specialty cocktails, wines, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation, cocktail mixing, and beverage service including spirits knowledge and drink presentation Clear tables, bus tables (bussing), and ensure cleanliness of dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously Support opening or closing duties such as setting up stations or cleaning work areas in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours in a fine dining or nightclub environment Qualifications Prior food service experience in restaurants, bars, nightclubs, or similar settings is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service techniques including drink presentation Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing payments and managing tabs Previous experience in fine dining or hospitality environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential Join us to be part of an energetic team where your passion for hospitality makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
