Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join an outpatient team in Tyrone, GA. Flexible, patient-focused schedule with extended weekday hours, minimal weekends, and no on-call responsibilities. Schedule Three weekdays per week (Mon-Fri coverage window): 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (shifts scheduled within this window) One weekend every other week: Sat or Sun, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM No on-call duties Clinical responsibilities Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to adults Perform routine exams (including Pap smears); manage acute and chronic conditions Evaluate and treat urgent care needs seen in primary care Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness Collaborate with care team to support quality outcomes Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours Manage approx. 2.0-2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins Maintain professional interactions with patients and team members Compensation & benefits Base salary $230,000-$280,000 plus 20-30% incentive potential 401(k) with employer match Comprehensive malpractice insurance with tail coverage Multiple health insurance plan options Paid time off CME allowance and CME time Requirements MD or DO from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
