- Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, DEXA, and mammograms
- Analyze patient medical histories and symptoms to determine appropriate imaging techniques
- Consult with referring physicians to discuss patient cases and provide recommendations for further diagnostic testing or treatment
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of imaging results by adhering to established protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans based on imaging findings
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiology technology and techniques
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification in radiology
- Valid state medical license
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Proficiency in using radiology equipment and software (e.g., Epic)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
