Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret diagnostic imaging procedures including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, DEXA, and mammograms
• Analyze patient medical histories and symptoms to determine appropriate imaging techniques
• Consult with referring physicians to discuss patient cases and provide recommendations for further diagnostic testing or treatment
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of imaging results by adhering to established protocols and guidelines
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans based on imaging findings
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in radiology technology and techniques

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in radiology
• Valid state medical license
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
• Proficiency in using radiology equipment and software (e.g., Epic)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
