  Hospital-employed at Boone County Hospital, a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Boone County since the early 1900s, with 2 ORs, 4 LDRs, 2 endoscopy suites, 7 ED rooms, and a helipad

  Flexible schedule with a 4.5-day workweek option (4-day option available)

  Join 9 Family Medicine physicians and dedicated APP support, alongside General Surgery, Orthopedics, CRNAs, and Emergency Medicine colleagues

  Approximately 20-25 patients per day in clinic, with optional ER shifts available

  1:10 call rotation, with a 30-minute response requirement while on call

  $310,000 base guarantee (or production, whichever is greater), with second-year earnings based on the higher of guarantee or production

• Sign-On Bonus:

  $50,000 sign-on, plus $25,000 retention incentive after year one and an additional $25,000 retention incentive after year five
