•Guaranteed base of $445,000 + Full-time position, including dedicated administrative time, with flexible scheduling to ensure sufficient patient access Established team of physicians serving Fort Dodge and the surrounding communities Cohesive group of colleagues and supportive staff allowing for autonomy while building the practice according to your preferences Opportunity to practice in an established and well-known clinic/hospital Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical, who know the patients and the community Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on

to improve care coordination Responsibilities Average patients per day: 18-25 Average deliveries: 40 Work schedule: 4-day workweek Call rotation: Minimum 1:4

Thursday:

8am-5pm

Friday:

8am-4pm 12-1:30pm reserved for attending L&D, rounding, and cesarean sections Call response time: 20 minutes, with option to take call from home if preferred; sleep room available for in-house call Pediatric Hospitalist coverage: 24/7 Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve Evaluates, interprets and coordinates information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications MD or DO Board Eligible or Board Certified in obstetrics & gynecology Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in the state of Iowa Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician's field of practice Eligible to work in the United States (H1-B cap exempt) J-1 waiver sponsorship available We Offer Attractive incentive package A competitive Total Rewards program offers benefits that align with your needs and priorities, no matter what stage of life you are in.
