Otolaryngologist:
Treating conditions of the ears, upper pharynx, and oral cavity, larynx, nose, face, and neck. Treating nosebleeds, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, infected mastoids, and sinusitis. Assisting patients with a limited or altered sense of smell. Treating patients with tumors in the head or neck or patients with a defect in the ear, nose, or throat. Collaborating with other medical practitioners. Qualifications for the
Otolaryngologist:
M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited United States medical school. Successful completion of clinical residency training, specializing in otolaryngology. Successful completion of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE). Certification by The American Board of Internal Medicine in otolaryngology. Valid and active medical license in the State of practice.
