Job Description

Description Family Practice opening with our great medical team. You will be caring for the full spectrum of patient needs in our Cottonwood Clinic. We are leaders in our State developing rural EMR, telemedicine and connections with specialists via a robot, and have a robust Community Health Worker program, as well. Our clinics in Cottonwood and Kamiah are Patient Centered Medical Home Level 3 accredited, and we have 3 other smaller clinics in Grangeville, Nezperce and Craigmont. Employed position with a competitive wage and full benefits: Retirement 403B and other plans, paid vacation and CME, Fitness Center . Insurance includes Family Health/dental/vision and physician Life, Disability, and Malpractice. NHSC Loan Repayment score of 13. -Cottonwood Clinic -Four to five days per week during clinic hours. SMH is EOE
