St. Luke's Health System Idaho's largest private employer and a nationally recognized Top 15 Health System is seeking a dedicated BC/BE Med-Peds Physician to join our Consumer Access & Experience (CAE) System team in Nampa, Idaho. This is a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative model designed to improve how patients access care, experience care, and stay connected to their health journey.

As part of St. Luke's Consumer Access & Experience initiative, you will play a key role in advancing the future of healthcare delivery. This system-wide model integrates clinical excellence, technology, and teamwork to simplify care for patients while empowering providers to practice at the top of their license.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for pediatric patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practitioners, behavioral health, nursing, and population health specialists to deliver coordinated, value-based care.
  • Utilize advanced technology and analytics to enhance patient engagement, access, and outcomes.
  • Participate in system innovation, quality improvement, and care redesign initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:

MD/DO from accredited medical school

BC/BE in Specialty

Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice

Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy

Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke's Health System
