(SAMGI) is seeking a Board-Certified Vascular Surgeon to join our established surgical team at St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, hospital-based model while serving a growing community in a dynamic healthcare environment. Position Details Full-time hospital-based vascular surgery position Provide services in a Level III Trauma Center Manage acute and elective vascular cases, including arterial and venous procedures Participate in call rotation as part of a structured surgical coverage model Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and continuity of care 24/7 support from advanced practice providers and hospital staff Employed model with administrative and operational support provided by SAMGI Qualifications Board Certification in Vascular Surgery Active Idaho Medical License (or ability to obtain) ACLS and BLS Certification Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience preferred Experience in trauma, emergent, and elective vascular procedures Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Productivity incentives Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with employer contribution CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Relocation assistance (if applicable) Paid time off St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is a Level III Trauma Center serving the south-central Idaho region.
