License Medical License Full Job Description PRN medical position at a 125-bed facility in Springfield, Illinois, with shifts Monday to Thursday (5 pm - 8 am) and weekends (Friday 5:30 pm to Monday 8 am). Enjoy a furnished call room with amenities, with the provider on-site throughout shifts. Perform evaluations for admission, initial history, and physical exams as needed. Develop treatment plans, order lab studies, and provide care to adult inpatients. Document exam results and treatment plans accurately. Attend to employee work-related injuries and respond to emergencies. Make hospital referrals per policy and review restraint or seclusion orders. Provide on-call services from the call room. Respond to pages for patient assessments, falls, emergencies, and occasional admissions, including completing H&Ps and medication orders. Physician requirements include an Illinois license, Controlled Substance and DEA certificates, recent negative Mantoux test, and board eligibility/certification in a specialty. Pay ranges from $1,100 to $1,125 per day with a flexible schedule, offering in-person work.Benefits
