Perform physical exams, manage chronic diseases, and coordinate specialist care. Educate patients on health and disease prevention. Provide pediatric and, in some cases, prenatal/postnatal care. Must have an Illinois medical license, Board Certification or eligibility, and MD or DO degree. This role requires strong communication, cultural sensitivity, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. It involves light physical activity, with work hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including clinical and scholarly sessions.
