The Psychiatrist coordinates decision making in the assessment, diagnosis, and medication management of psychiatric patients. They work in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to perform clinical assessments and develop treatment plans ensuring safe, therapeutic and competent patient care. The team includes psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, mental health technicians, social workers, therapists and educators. We are looking for someone with: A strong work ethic and desire to participate in and grow a team oriented organization The ability to establish empathy and a person-centered approach to patients The ability to recognize own limitations and respond to difficult situations Can skillfully work in a self-motivated and independent manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external customers Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:
Licensure:
Current licensure as a Physician in the State of Illinois, required, board certified or board eligible as a Psychiatrist in the State of Illinois.
Education:
Completion of an accredited Program (MD) from an accredited school of medicine. In good standing.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting. Compensation:
This is a full-time role and the expected compensation range for this role is $225,000.00 - $275,000.00 annually.
