$1.00 (rate subject to change upon official offer) Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical coverage (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements (when applicable) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support What You'll Do Provide expert coverage for electrophysiology call shifts at our Springfield hospital location Respond to urgent EP consultations and emergencies as needed Collaborate with hospital cardiology & EP teams to ensure patient safety and quality care Complete accurate documentation and follow hospital protocols during each shift Participate in multidisciplinary discussions on complex arrhythmia cases Maintain compliance with hospital guidelines and policies What You Need Active Illinois medical license Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology with EP subspecialty EP call experience in a hospital setting preferred Ability to work independently during on-call hours Strong communication and collaboration skills About the Assignment This position is solely for electrophysiology call coverage, with no clinic responsibilities involved. Coverage is at HSHS St. Johns Hospital in Springfield. The schedule varies based on hospital census, with a preference for physicians to cover one week per month. Candidates should be available for the listed dates and prepared for on-call duties during those times. Available Dates forCoverage:
