Are you a passionate Pain Management physician looking to make a difference in a collaborative, supportive environment? Deaconess Illinois Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified Pain Medicine Physician to join our team. This is an incredible opportunity to help shape the future of pain management with a new service line while benefiting from exceptional support and resources. Compensation & Benefits? $550,000 guaranteed base salary (first year; J-1 applicants receive a 3-year guarantee) $50,000 sign-on bonus for 5-year contract $2,000/mo up to 24 months residency/fellowship stipend Additional quality bonus up to 2.5% of productivity compensation Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, malpractice insurance 401(k), and 457(b) plans (traditional & Roth options with in-plan conversions) 5 weeks' vacation, 1 week CME + professional allowance 6 paid holidays Moving allowance Why Deaconess Illinois Medical Center?

Enjoy a 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient mix, offering a great work-life balance while still providing inpatient care when necessary.EMR System:
Fully integrated EPIC system to streamline patient care, allowing you to focus on what matters most- your patients.
Call Coverage:
Shared call coverage of 10 shifts/month (per contract), ensuring reasonable time off while remaining available to provide excellent patient care.What We Offer:
